Support Mission for the Zarzis Economic Activity Park in the development of a strategy for the animation and incubation of their Smart Center.
In the context of a project funded by Tunisia JOBS, MAZAM collaborated with Deloitte Tunisia to review the strategy of Zarzis Smart Center, with the aim of transforming it into an entrepreneurial hub for all entrepreneurs in the Southern region, including the establishment of various structures, including an incubation program
PRAFE Support Program
The PRAFE Program aims to facilitate access to funding for female entrepreneurs in Tunisia, thereby promoting their economic empowerment. It identifies 15 female entrepreneurs and provides them with personalized support to assist in the establishment and sustainability of their businesses
HayaStart
HayaStart is a mentoring program designed for students and young graduates, providing them with the fundamentals of entrepreneurship by training them on the Business Model, Business Plan, and pitch! In partnership with the 4C centers and Open Society Foundations.
Souk Al Tanmia
Souk At-tanmia, launched in 2012, represents the largest mobilization of stakeholders working on employment promotion in Tunisia through support for entrepreneurship. The program combines funding (in the form of grants) and support (training, coaching, mentoring, market access, networking). It's a powerful collaboration for economic and social development
ELIFE Incubation Program
The 'ELIFE' program envisions the creation of 10 technology centers in Tunisia, aimed at training young graduates and promoting entrepreneurship, particularly in disadvantaged regions. MAZAM is responsible for incubating startups in these centers.
Consulting mission for the design of innovative and inclusive entrepreneurial spaces
Mazam is focused on the redesign of spaces, the development of support programs, and the creation of visual identity and communication for Entrepreneurial Spaces, with the intention of eventually replicating this model on a national scale
TMAKEN PROGRAM
The TMAKEN program aims to support 30 entrepreneurs in Tunisia to strengthen their projects and facilitate their access to financing. It identifies these entrepreneurs across the country, using our network and partnerships with entrepreneurial ecosystem stakeholders, and then offers them personalized support services based on their needs, gaps, and expectations
Thniti
Thniti By CONECT & QFF is a program dedicated to supporting young entrepreneurs in starting their businesses by providing them with training, coaching, and networking opportunities. More than 30 businesses and 130 jobs have been created thanks to this program.
Univenture
Univenture is an annual competition launched in 2013 by Carthage Business Angels and Wiki Start Up. It aims to promote research-based entrepreneurship by providing researchers with training, mentoring, funding, and market access. It encourages the commercialization of knowledge in five key sectors: biotechnology, new materials, mechatronics, eco-innovation, and renewable energies
Capacity Building for Vulnerable Women Micro-Entrepreneurs in Southern Tunisia
The Capacity Building Program for Women Micro-Entrepreneurs in the South extends over a period of 6 months. Implemented in partnership with the UNDP, the project aims to enhance the capabilities of 100 project initiators and micro-entrepreneurs, particularly women, who are in vulnerable situations, especially due to the COVID-19 crisis and its repercussions, in the southern regions of Tunisia (6 governorates: Gabès, Gafsa, Kébili, Médenine, Tataouine, and Tozeur), with the goal of strengthening their financial inclusion and resilience

Tfanen - Creative Tunisia provides essential training and coaching to strengthen the cultural sector in Tunisia, thereby promoting democracy and social cohesion. More than 300 beneficiaries, including association leaders and civil society actors, benefit from these valuable resources

MAZAM collaborates with PADEC to invigorate the startup ecosystem and enhance the business environment, contributing its expertise to this mission
Study of the Tunisian innovation and digital ecosystem
The EU sought the expertise of MAZAM to analyze the innovative and technological ecosystem in Tunisia, its stakeholders, synergies, and needs. This study led to the creation of the Innovi program, which focuses on providing financial support to entrepreneurship support structures in Tunisia, with the aim of strengthening this ecosystem.
Tajdo North Africa
TAJDO, initiated by Flat6Labs and MAZAM, promotes open innovation by connecting startups with large corporations for the integration of innovative products and services. This provides startups with market access while stimulating innovation for the large companies. Startups benefit from feedback and credibility by collaborating with these established businesses
Hack the road
Hack the Road is a 3-day hackathon in partnership with Shell and Morris Garage, gathering 50 participants to develop innovative solutions that enhance the lives of road users. The objectives include fostering the creativity of young individuals, providing knowledge, and introducing entrepreneurship
StartupAct Mauritania
With the aim of capitalizing on existing initiatives and solidifying the foundation of its innovation ecosystem, Deloitte, in collaboration with Hades Consulting and MAZAM, is assisting the UNDP and the Mauritanian Ministry of Digital Transition in the development and establishment of a legal framework for startups in Mauritania
Hackathon La Poste
Hackathon La Poste is an initiative by the Tunisian Post open to young individuals, philatelists, and enthusiasts of culture, art, and technology to reinvent postage stamps. Organized by MAZAM, it aims to enhance the perception of the Post, promote innovation, strengthen digital presence, and stimulate the creativity of young people.
7oumti Hacka
7oumti Hacka' is a hackathon organized by Mercy Corps in partnership with MAZAM, with the aim of developing technological solutions for waste management and public space planning in targeted municipalities. The goal is to create a prototype that addresses the needs of municipalities and encourages citizen engagement to improve these aspects
Tech2Protect
Tech2Protect is an innovation camp that brings together 30 students in Tunis and Dushanbe to design solutions against online threats and promote security, especially for Tunisian youth, by combating misinformation, hate speech, cyberbullying, and radicalization
Study of the Tunisian innovation and digital ecosystem
In order to identify various stakeholders and analyze existing synergies, the EU has enlisted the expertise of MAZAM to conduct an in-depth study of the innovative and technological ecosystem in Tunisia, its various components, and its needs to strengthen this ecosystem through several targeted support programs. Subsequently, this study led to the establishment of the Innovi program, which aims to support and fund entrepreneurship support structures in Tunisia
InforHack
Infor Tunisia Hackathon is a program that encourages young individuals to work on a solution to a software engineering problem and includes two types of challenges: Development and Data Science. A total of 132 candidates from diverse backgrounds, including designers, developers, and young engineers, were selected to participate in a memorable day featuring 10 hours of non-stop coding to develop innovative solutions in response to the proposed challenges.
Derayah
Derayah, in partnership with organizations such as UNDP Libya, the European Union, and the African Development Bank, has launched a program to assist Libyan entrepreneurs in succeeding. This program includes a web platform, a social media awareness campaign, webinars, and activities such as Startup Weekends and Hackathons to develop the skills and ideas of entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurs of Tunisia (EoT) is an observatory of the Tunisian entrepreneurial ecosystem created by MAZAM in 2017. It provides an online platform to discover the actors in this ecosystem and facilitate interactions. EoT has published over 20 studies in the form of infographics, centralizing valuable information for the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Tunisia.
SWIBO
SWIBO is an online platform that provides information on visa programs for overseas entrepreneurs and global entrepreneurial ecosystems. It allows you to search for government incentives for startups, facilitate interactions and produce comparative reports. The aim is to create an online space for entrepreneurs, investors and experts, while helping governments develop their own visa programs.
EOL
Entrepreneurs of Libya, in partnership with the Tatweer Research Center, UNDP, and the European Union, is an online platform that maps the Libyan entrepreneurial ecosystem to provide access to updated and reliable information. It also aims to connect ecosystem actors, promote synergies, highlight opportunities, and inspire young people by showcasing best practices.
The Master Test
The Master Test is an international assessment tool intended for recruiters and managers of entrepreneurship programs. It assesses the mental abilities and personality of candidates in 30 minutes. It helps to better profile candidates and improve team performance.
OIFA
OIFA is an open innovation platform that connects businesses, non-profit organizations, and innovation actors in Africa. Companies launch challenges or hackathons to solve problems, while talents can collaborate with other individuals and entities to develop new products and services. The goal is to create a collaborative space, bridge gaps between actors and talents on the continent, and stimulate synergies based on open innovation.
Innovation Box
Innovation Box is a product developed by MAZAM to help entrepreneurs navigate their journey from the study phase to team building and financing, by providing answers to their questions and encouraging formulation and development of their ideas.
