Support Mission for the Zarzis Economic Activity Park in the development of a strategy for the animation and incubation of their Smart Center.
In the context of a project funded by Tunisia JOBS, MAZAM collaborated with Deloitte Tunisia to review the strategy of Zarzis Smart Center, with the aim of transforming it into an entrepreneurial hub for all entrepreneurs in the Southern region, including the establishment of various structures, including an incubation program
PRAFE Support Program
The PRAFE Program aims to facilitate access to funding for female entrepreneurs in Tunisia, thereby promoting their economic empowerment. It identifies 15 female entrepreneurs and provides them with personalized support to assist in the establishment and sustainability of their businesses
HayaStart
HayaStart is a mentoring program designed for students and young graduates, providing them with the fundamentals of entrepreneurship by training them on the Business Model, Business Plan, and pitch! In partnership with the 4C centers and Open Society Foundations.
Souk Al Tanmia
Souk At-tanmia, launched in 2012, represents the largest mobilization of stakeholders working on employment promotion in Tunisia through support for entrepreneurship. The program combines funding (in the form of grants) and support (training, coaching, mentoring, market access, networking). It's a powerful collaboration for economic and social development
ELIFE Incubation Program
The 'ELIFE' program envisions the creation of 10 technology centers in Tunisia, aimed at training young graduates and promoting entrepreneurship, particularly in disadvantaged regions. MAZAM is responsible for incubating startups in these centers.
Consulting mission for the design of innovative and inclusive entrepreneurial spaces
Mazam is focused on the redesign of spaces, the development of support programs, and the creation of visual identity and communication for Entrepreneurial Spaces, with the intention of eventually replicating this model on a national scale
TMAKEN PROGRAM
The TMAKEN program aims to support 30 entrepreneurs in Tunisia to strengthen their projects and facilitate their access to financing. It identifies these entrepreneurs across the country, using our network and partnerships with entrepreneurial ecosystem stakeholders, and then offers them personalized support services based on their needs, gaps, and expectations
Thniti
Thniti By CONECT & QFF is a program dedicated to supporting young entrepreneurs in starting their businesses by providing them with training, coaching, and networking opportunities. More than 30 businesses and 130 jobs have been created thanks to this program.
Univenture
Univenture is an annual competition launched in 2013 by Carthage Business Angels and Wiki Start Up. It aims to promote research-based entrepreneurship by providing researchers with training, mentoring, funding, and market access. It encourages the commercialization of knowledge in five key sectors: biotechnology, new materials, mechatronics, eco-innovation, and renewable energies
Capacity Building for Vulnerable Women Micro-Entrepreneurs in Southern Tunisia
The Capacity Building Program for Women Micro-Entrepreneurs in the South extends over a period of 6 months. Implemented in partnership with the UNDP, the project aims to enhance the capabilities of 100 project initiators and micro-entrepreneurs, particularly women, who are in vulnerable situations, especially due to the COVID-19 crisis and its repercussions, in the southern regions of Tunisia (6 governorates: Gabès, Gafsa, Kébili, Médenine, Tataouine, and Tozeur), with the goal of strengthening their financial inclusion and resilience

Tfanen - Creative Tunisia provides essential training and coaching to strengthen the cultural sector in Tunisia, thereby promoting democracy and social cohesion. More than 300 beneficiaries, including association leaders and civil society actors, benefit from these valuable resources
